Cashgram FAQs
When you create a large number of Cashgrams using the ‘Bulk Cashgram’ feature, you may want approval from the approver in your company before sending it to the customers. An approver can verify and approve the Cashgrams, and then send them to the customers.
One of the users in your company can add all the customer details in the file and upload the file and later another user can approve the Cashgrams. The approver has the option to accept or reject the Cashgrams. After approval, the Cashgrams are sent to customers, and you can view the status of the Cashgram in the Payout Dashboard.
The option to create multiple users and assign permissions can be done from the Payout Dashboard. Clickherefor more information. Write to Cashfree at care@cashfree.com, if you want to use the Approve Bulk Cashgrams feature.
If the customer enters an invalid bank account number or IFSC code we will notify him on the web page. But if the customer enters a valid but incorrect account number the money will be transferred to that bank account.
