In the case of dynamic QR code, the agent is required to enter the amount that the customer needs to pay. The agent can also customize the order in case of dynamic QR code by entering details like customer phone number, invoice no, and order note. For static QR code, the customer can simply scan the QR code from their PSP app, enter the amount and complete the payment.
