As a business owner, you need to create your Payment Gateway Account with Cashfree Payments. Click here to create an account, complete KYC, and your account will be activated within 48 business hours.

Once your account is activated, you can ask your Account Manager to request soft POS activation.

Your Account Manager will share a dedicated soft POS mobile app link with you, you can log in with your Cashfree Payments Account login credentials and start collecting payments.

Note for existing merchants: You can use your existing Cashfree Payments login credentials to log in on the soft POS mobile app. Ask the account manager to activate your soft POS mobile app.

How to add agents/staff:

  • Share the name and mobile number of all the agents you want to add to your account with your Cashfree Payments Account Manager(AM).
  • AM will create a dedicated soft POS mobile app link for each agent
  • You can share the links with agents, who can then download the soft POS mobile app from the google play store and start collecting payments.
Using this soft POS application, as a business, you and your agents can accept payments via
  • QR Codes for UPI payments
  • Payment link for all payment methods like Cards, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, EMIs, Buy Now Pay Later, etc.
  • Cash
  • Tap and Pay
There is no limit on the number of agents who can be added to the payments collection Master account.
There are no daily transaction limits but merchant can set limits on the amount processed per transaction via each agent soft POS mobile app, which can be customized by the merchant.
No, the soft POS mobile app is absolutely free, Cashfree Payments only charges you standard payment gateway charges  per transaction. There are no maintenance or registration fees for the soft POS mobile app.
All transactions done by each delivery agent can be tracked and analyzed in the centralized merchant dashboard. Agents can only view transactions done on their soft POS mobile app and not the total transactions done by the merchant.
