You can view and download corresponding reports from the payment gateway dashboard > Reports section.
Activation
You can reach out to care@cashfree.com for activation with the following details:
- Duration after which the message should be sent
- Offer details to nudge customer. The offer can be a flat amount or a percentage value (Optional).
