Cashgrams sent to customers must be redeemed within the expiry date specified during creation. Ensure you provide the correct customer details while creating the Cashgrams; this will ensure your users’ successful redemption. Ensure you have sufficient balance in your Payouts Account.

Note: If the redemption fails on the first attempt, the user has up to six retries to redeem the Cashgram. After six failed attempts, the link will expire.

Currently, there are four different modes through which your customers can receive payments instantly - Bank Account, UPI, Paytm and Amazon Pay wallet.
